Spring Recital

Well our dancing season has come to an end! Once again my pictures didn't turn out. Next years pictures will be better! Thanks to all who supported myself and Kylee through this experience. Kylee really enjoys dancing and she is good at it. She will be trying out for the team again at the end of July and I will let you know what happens!

Lazy Sunday or not?!

So after having the stomach flu for the past 2 and a half days it was nice to just lay around outside and take in the nice weather, eat Popsicles and drink lots of water. The girls played around on the trampoline.

They are real sick of me taking pictures. Well Kylee is used to it, but Keltsie is not so then Ky doesn't want me to take her picture either! BRATS

Not so Lazy

Tim woke up with a lot of energy ready to get some yard work done. I was not so happy about what kind of yard work he was doing. He tore out my trees that block the neighbors crap. "but it is growing under the fence so its going to knock it down completely" WHATEVER

Tim says to me. " have you seen your daughter" I said "yeah" "no go look at her" so I see that is asleep out in the chair, so I sneak out there to take her picture and she wakes up " I was just closing my eyes" but she was out there by herself for a long time to be "just closing"her eyes! But she got really mad at us thinking that she was asleep. It was so funny! I love you baby!

So really it was lazy for us girls and no so lazy for my Timmy, but it was nice to lay around and watch him work!

My sister is in Europe on a cruise so I have my niece Keltsie for 2 weeks. Saturday She had a dance recital at a park out in Grantsville. She is a cheerleader! It was nice to go watch and not worry about all the running around like I do at all of Kylee's dances. My mom and Keltsie!

Rock Wall

So this kid has been a climber since she was born, when she was able to move she has been getting into everything. When she was about 2 she climb on up her dresser, she would climb up on to the counters in the kitchen. She is a little monkey.

She did all sides of the rock easiest to hardest and did them all.

My mom and Kylee! so cute! They have a special bond and I love that! Kylee watching Keltsie up in the sky!

My Niece hated every second of this so I had to post it. Love you Kelts. Kylee still likes this kind of things, I'm glad she's not to grown up yet!

Last Day of Third Grade

Oh how my baby has grown up. She got ready for the last day of school and had to put a jacket on. What a crazy week for weather. Anyway. I am so proud of her. She is such a smart little girl. She loves school, but is glad to get a break. She did such an amazing job this year. She got straight A's for the first time (this is the first year they got graded on a letter scale) She brought home about a handful of awards. Some of which were, Most responsible classmate, citizenship, and best Scholar! Tim and I are just so proud of this little (not so little) girl! She is excited to find out all the new stuff she will learn going into the 4th grade. Also this will be the last year she is a single digit (age wise) Mom and Daddy love you so much Miss Moo. Keep up the hard work!

Hero's

Kylee's last day of school it Thursday June 5th. She is bring home alot of work that they have done over the year and I had to share this one! For those of you who can't read it. It says

"Heroes have a plan. That means they make a list of things they want to do or be. Heroes stick to their plan and work everyday to make it happen. They pur their heart and mind to it. Write about yourself as a hero in the future. Tell how old you are and what you are doing. Keep this plan so can always think about your future and the hero in you."

Kylee then wrote

"I am eight years old and I want to help Kids with there education. Because I don't want any one not to be smart. So people don't set fires or anything. So people will be happier."

Raging Waters 2008

Can I just tell you how proud of my daughter I am. She is the sweetest most talented kid I know. I have to first tell you what she said to Tim and I the other day. We were talking about her birthday and what we were going to do, I said that if she had it here at the house she could invite more friends and they could swim and do more fun stuff for a longer time. So that is what she decided to do. So then she said that we could use her money to pay for it. She has saved up a $100!! and she wanted to help pay for her big party. Isn't she sweet?! We of course said no way!

Anyways back to Raging Waters. They did a new dance and it was nice to just relax and watch her. We have had 3 pretty intense competitions so it was nice just to watch her and know that now one is judging her!

There she is right in the front middle! Perfect place for my baby to be! I know that is loves dancing and she is going to go a long ways. This kid doesn't walk any where she dances everywhere and I love it. Even though it does drive me crazy when we are in a hurry to go somewhere or we are in the story and she is getting in peoples way. But then when I look back and think about it, I love that she loves it that much that she does it everywhere.

They loved the wave pool. It was a lot of fun. Can't wait for next year. Ok really we are going back in a few weeks to watch Keltsie dance!!!

St. George part II

So I left out something that happened Friday night/morning. So we get to our hotel and check in and go to our room and our keys don't work. I don't think anything of it and go back to the front desk and get new keys. (yes we were at the right room, according to the map the lady gave us) I head back to the room and we get settled in the and do our indoor swimming. Kylee decides to sleep at Kenzie's room and Tim come home from fishing about 12 AM (CRAZY boy) Then about 1:30 I hear voices and I think that its the T.V. "of course he didn't turn it off" so I zone back out until Tim jumps up and runs to the door and says "is there something I can hep you with" all pissed. and I hear. "I think there was a mess up with rooms, we will get it taken care of" well come to find out Tim woke up to 4 people in our room. So the next morning I go to the front desk and I am pissed at this point and I am not going to pay for that night. Why should I when for the rest of the night I am scared to death. So yes the stupid Hotel double booked the room and I only had to pay $120 without tax for the whole weekend. But yes I locked to dead bolt the rest of the weekend. I'm telling you this was the roughest start to a vaca ever.
