Here is an amazing story that just happened to me.

My sister calls me and says.

I have an amazing story for you.

ok.

I have this guy that I am serving and he is waiting for another person. He says her name is Lacey. Really that's my sisters name.

and she tells him who I am named after and how it happened. then guess who sits with him.

YEP Lacy J Dalton.

So I am on the phone with my sister and I can tell she is at work its loud and then Tiff says here she is.

hi Rosalee (Lacy says)

no, its Lacey (my sister)

Oh Hi Lacey (Lacy)

Yep, I talked to Lacy J. Dalton

and really its all a little fuzzy now. But she sang to me. and said "its a name no one forgets" and something like I hope it gives you as much luck as it has me.

So here is the story that I have been told my whole life.

After I was born and my dad and siblings are driving back to the hospital. Her song comes on and my dad is dead set on Lacy J, well my mom liked Lacy, but her cousin had just named their baby Lacy. My dad didn't care. So Lacey it was, however my Grandma Tolley was admit on Lee (my middle name, after my mom Rosalee)

So after the call, I of course call my mom. She was just as star struck as me. Oh Lacy said they picked a great name!!

Over Labor day weekend we took one last camping trip til spring :( It was simply beautiful and WINDY, my allergies where hating it. I had to stay in the trailer and the truck the whole time. I love sitting outside and reading or just looking at the view.

My handsome husband! he didn't/doesn't know I took this. Ha ha

Kylee took her friend Karli with her! Karli hasn't never been camping before. They had a blast. They carved their names in the tree!

Kylee had a hard time so she just did her nickname!

They shot the bb gun!

We love going for rides and see all what we can find.

This is call Hell Hole reservoir. The little body of water I have ever seen!

Tim has a southern riffle tag so we went south to see where all the bucks are. We didn't see to many bucks but a TON of cows. The girls dared Tim to see if he could catch one. So he tried.

We are not a smore kind of family, we all will eat one then we are done, but want to still play in the fire. A few years back my niece said she loved roasting Starburts, yep Starburst. They are simply AMAZING!!! You all need to try it!

We can do a whole bag in one night YUM! Even Tim (the guy that doesn't like sweets) likes them!

I had this idea a few weeks ago that I wanted to take pictures out at Great Salt Lake. To do dance poses. and just have the girls wear black. Well no one else wanted to but Kylee and her Friend Bree.

I LOVE them! They turned out so great!

She is so pretty!

This girl amazes me. She is an AMAZING dancer. I know I say that a thousand times a day but I couldn't be more proud to have such a great kid that has a passion such as dancing. It will take her places!

So this one on the train is beautiful, but I think I might hate it. She looks way to old. But she is so pretty I could never really hate any picture of her!

I am so excited for this year! Its going to be the best one yet!

Weekend

So we had a very busy weekend. Painting, bowling, painting, fishing, painting getting ready for the first day of school, painting. Painting DONE!!!

There is no way that I am old enough to have a 6th grader. Right??? Wrong.

Zoo

This year my work summer party was at the zoo. They rented out the zoo just for us. I LOVE the zoo this way!!! This year the had a bird show! It was so cool!Check out this eagle. I can't remember the name of it but it was HUGE!This is a cool picture!!! Birds are so amazing and the things they have been trained to is so cool!

Kylee gave this bird a dollar and it put it in the hole!!I really could use a new purse, just kidding. When I said that the giraffe pooped right by me. Such a cute family! We have never had so much fun at the zoo before. The whole time me and Tim and been together (13 years) we have only gone to the zoo twice this time making it 3, when Kylee was about a month old and 2 years ago (last work party) and this time. So we wanted to see the gorillas, we went to where they normally are (outside) and no gorillas to be found so we just walked around and seen where they were (inside) the light were off but the door was opened so we went in, not seeing anything went to walk out and Tim spotted them. Like I said it was dark, so don't mind the pictures. So we just watched him for a minute then he went crazy on us. hitting the window and running around and he freaked Kylee out so she ran out and he followed her. Then he got smart and had half tube thing and was drumming on it for us. making some cool music then threw it at us. I freaked and hit my head on the glass. But look how HUGE this thing it is. It was so cool though, I have NEVER seen a gorilla up close and PERSONAL. I love this picture. Well until next time animals!!

Wow, she is so GORGEOUS

Little Miss Kylee, wow what can I say. She is simply gorgeous... but I HATE that she is getting so grown up. Since Kylee had her bday and her braces off I seen it as a good opportunity to go take her pictures!!! We all know what a pro she is at getting her pictures taken, all those years when I worked at Kiddie Kandids, she got alot of practice! For a while though she hated her pictures taken and now I think she is digging it again. YAY for me!

She kind of looks mad here, but then I think this one she looks more like Tim LOL!

She is all attitude. (that sometime gets her in trouble)

I don't know what I would do with out this little (ok, ok I know she isn't so little) girl! She is my everything! She is an amazing kid and I am so lucky to have her.
