Birthday Weekend!!!

Thursday was my birthday and Friday was Tim's. This has always been kinda weird to have our birthdays an hour apart! So I was hoping/asked for an I-Pod. When Kylee brought me my present it was too big of a box for an I-Pod and I was disappointed, but Tim always does good gifts so I thought he must of found something better. so I opened it and at first all I could see was a person on a motorcycle I was not very happy. Tim has been talking about getting me a four wheeler and I don't want one. so I thought "what has he done" then I realised that it was the box to the battery he just got for his four wheeler, then there was a smaller box inside (an I-Pod sized box) YA!!! I got the cute purple one! Then Tim took me to Texas Road House, YUMMY. Our waitress was flirting with Tim and he was loving every minute of it. She got what she wanted out of him. A big tip.

Tim has always been really hard to buy for, but this year I had the perfect idea, Seat covers for his truck and shoes. I ordered them online. What a story that is... so I ordered them and pay way too much but its Tim and he's worth every dime. then I get them and realize that I have ordered 4 covers. 2 per box. stupid website didn't say that. so then we have to take back a box not a problem. Tim goes to put them on and they don't even fit. To make this story better his shoes don't fit! So I thought I was doing good. Not so much. So I took him to dinner and a movie to make up for it.

Saturday, We go to Cabela's to return the 4 seat covers, to get him some gaiters (don't really know what these are) and they don't have they ones he wants, so we then go to Sportsmans, and they don't have them (of course) so we go eat at a really good Mexican restaurant we found. Then go exchange his shoes for the right size (you would think that a wife would know the size of her husbands feet) (apparently not this one) and guess what they don't have his size, but the other store does. At this point Tim is so done with shopping (I can't believe he did as much as he did) so I take him home and go to the other store to get his size. I get there and they are $10.00 cheaper, things are turning around!!

Sunday, I want to go to MiMi's for breakfast, so Tim gets up and tries on his new shoes and they are to skinny. Of course. so breakfast not all that great. but I convince him to go to Costco. (he is trainable)

This is how our birthday weekend went. And I think I will just start giving him money and he can do what he wants with it. But our weekend was fun!! Thanks to every one that helped make this one of the best birthdays ever!!!

Early Birthday!!

Caitlin, Codi, Rebecca, Ryan, Vickie, heather Karin and Talicia are the some of the Best friends I have ever had. Last Tuesday they all came in to my desk and surprised me with Alan Jackson tickets (row 19)!! I couldn’t believe it I was pretty much in shock all day! I love you guys!

So if I remebered the name right the band that opened for him was called Lady Anabellum. I had never heard of them, but they were pretty good.

Last night was the concert! I can not tell you how WONDERFUL it was (except the part I had to yell at a drunk chick in front of us, oh so did all of the security guards) (but that was even fun) He played our song “Red on a Rose” and of course we danced. I think the last time we slowed dance was at my senior prom and I was 8 months pregnant. I took pictures like I promised Caitlin I would. They are not the very best, but here you go. Family Fun

So after a long cold few weeks of being cooped up inside we decide to go on an adventure! Let me tell what an adventure it was I had to share.

This was our mission, to find some deer. We were successful!

We had so much fun we found this town called Bicknell and decided to stay the night, there was one small motel in it. There was plenty of room for Kylee to do what she does best.

I think every one was tuckered out on the way home! I do have to say that this was one of the best weekends we have had in a long time. We can't wait to go camping this summer!

Winter Fun!!

Kylee was very excited when she woke up to MORE snow. She had to go play in it. So I thought I would post some very snowy pictures for you to see how much fun she had!

She was out there for hours! I can never tell what her favorite season is. When its winter she just loves it and same with summer. I guess that if I had to guess that I would think that it would be summer only because thats when her birthday is. I can't belive she will be 9 years old. She is getting way to big.

Eclipse

So I have now finish all 3 books of the series!! I can not wait until the fall for the forth one to come out. I am very happy that i took a chance on these books. I guess now its time to go back to normal life and start paying attention to my husband and the kid. Cleaning and cooking dinner. How boring. Just kidding. Fall just better come soon!!

Buddy Bud!

Kylee loves her little buddy, ok so do I. He has Been such a good little kitty. He is VERY spoiled. Apparently that is all I know how to do! Tim is starting to come around he doesn't scowl at him every second anymore!

This is our little buddy the day we got him. He has grown so much. He wasn't ready to leave his mom when we took him (we didn't know this) so he had a lot of trouble at first. But he is such a good little Buddy for Ky to have. He always wants to play with her after she has been at school. Last weekend Kylee stayed the night over at my sisters house and when she got home, he desperately need her attention. He loves her so much.

Twilight

So I am not one for reading, but everyone I work with has been ready this series called Twilight (that is also what the first book is called) and Karin (my really good friend) gave me the first book for Christmas. I read it in two weeks that is really good for me. I have to tell everyone that reads my blog that you MUST read this book. I am now waiting for the second one to arrive. I am hooked and I must say that I am in love! :) There is a total of three books out right now the 4th and finale book will be out next fall. If you read it, I would love to know what you all thought.!!!

Santa
