Solo Roy 4/8/11

Kylee decided this year so wanted to do a solo! I was so excited to see her dance all by her self. That is something I could NEVER do. She has so much talent and I just love watching her dance and then to see her dance by herself!!! YAY I couldn't wait. Friday afternoon we headed to Roy. We got a room in Roy, and got there so that we could have time to relax and get ready with out rushing. It was so nice!

Kylees solo is so cool. She has a full size Justin Beiber and she is a freak fan! I love dances with themes! She dances to One Time by Justin. It is the cutest ever! She is wearing a Justin shirt Justin pins, Justin bracelet.

Kylee and Shauni. Shauni is Kylees solo instructor. She is so amazing. We really appreciate all she has done for Kylee! She is an amazing dancer herself.

Kylee got 3rd place! So GOOD for her first time on the stage by herself. I am so proud of all Kylee has done. I am so happy that she has something that she is passionate about. She is continuing to grow every year. One of my dancer moms said to me if our girls are doing this at their age what are they going to do when they are 15? Oh I just can't wait to see where she goes. I know she will go so far!

Hunter Safety

All this week Kylee has been taking her hunter safety so we can all go hunting as a family! Today she went to the range and did her shooting test. She did great! Here are a few pictures of her!

Ice Castles

For the past few weeks I have been telling Tim how great the ice castles were last year and how I wanted us to go. So he agreed to go!!! So Saturday night we headed to Midway but the deal was before go to the castles we were going to go look for deer, I didn't care I love going for rides!

I do have to say that Tim was not impressed and I have to agree. Last year was so much better. Well worth the drive. Don't get me wrong they were cool, but lat year so much better.

Christmas/New Years 2010

This has been a great holiday season although Kylee was sick for a week right before Christmas. She got better just in time for her last sing a long in elementary school.

The 6th grade is known for putting on the best show (since its their last) and this year they did it again! They came in with blinking glasses and dancing to lady gaga. They changed the words to Christmas. I was so cool!
