For Christmas a good friend of mine got me a gift certificate to get a pedicure. I needed to use it before it expired. Tuesday Tim decided to take the boat out "to make sure it still works" and my good friend was going to get her nails done. So I thought it was a perfect time to go get my pedicure. The week has definitely been sandal worthy! And what a good opportunity for a girls relaxation! So Kylee and I went. I wish I would have had my camera there. Kylee was LOVING her peddy. So I took of picture of our cute toes after!!

How someone can make your day!

So as you all know Tim and I have been trying to loose weight and to get healthier. It has been very hard to eat healthier, working out is easy but as we all know that you can eat whatever you want and loose weight (I wish that's how it worked) I feel like I have been working my ass off and with no results. I started a new protein diet and still didn't see much results until about a week ago I got on the scale and it said I was a total 12 lbs lighter!!!!! I was so excited. Then today at work I went to the 18th floor (which I never really leave my floor) and one of my co-workers just looked at me "LACEY, you have lost weight" oh my gosh I can't tell you how happy that made me feel. She totally made my day!
